Your induction is the best way to get to know our business and find your feet as quickly as possible. You own your own development

You’ll be responsible for driving your own development - we will give you every support to do just that. Once you have settled in, we’ll do everything we can to help you to develop your individual strengths and maybe discover some hidden talents along with the way.

We all create a Personal Development Plan, and with your manager's input, you'll have the opportunity to identify what will help you improve and add to the skills you need to do your job.

There are plenty of tools available to you at all stages of your development in any role. Whether this is a training plan to help strengthen your technical skills, or national vocational qualifications; it could be courses to develop your behavioural skills or a programme to prepare you for a bigger role.

We welcome employees who wish to pursue formal professional qualifications and, where possible, we will support you with funding or study leave from work.

Whichever route you choose, there are also plenty of opportunities for you to further your career with Teva - that might be in Ireland, in Europe, or beyond.
