Listening to our people
Every year at Teva we run a large scale employee survey and everyone is encouraged to have their say. The survey provides us with our employees' valuable and honest feedback on what's working and what needs to be improved, as well as how key framework elements – our purpose, our organisation and our people - are perceived in their eyes, at an all-company level, the business unit, and even a team level.
The results help us identify what we do well and where we still need to improve on a variety of important topics.
